How much does it cost?
Nothing upfront! Our fee is simply built into the price of the car – whether you're buying or selling. You'll never see a separate invoice from us. When buying, we negotiate the total price with our fee included. When selling, our fee comes out of the sale proceeds. Finance consultations are always free.
How long does it take to find a car?
It depends on what you're after! Common cars can be found within days. Specific colours, rare models, or unusual specs might take a few weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Do you only work with certain brands?
Nope! We source all makes and models – Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes, you name it. New, demo, or used – whatever suits your needs and budget.
What areas do you service?
We're based in South East Queensland and help customers across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas. We can also source cars from interstate if needed.
Do I have to pay upfront?
For car buying, we take a small deposit to start the search, with the balance due when we find your car. For selling, you don't pay anything unless we successfully sell your car.
What if I don't like the cars you find?
No problem! We'll keep searching until we find something you love. If we genuinely can't find what you're after, we'll have an honest chat about adjusting your criteria or refunding your deposit.
